Yorkshire Dales holiday let management. One flat fee.
Barns, farmhouses and stone cottages in the Dales are loved by walkers. You pay one flat monthly fee, not a slice of what they spend.
A walking guest, a muddy hall
Dales guests are mostly out on the fells, whatever the weather. That means boots, wet coats, dogs and heavy washing after every stay. Cleaning and linen are billed at cost, so we make sure changeovers are organised properly and the place is guest ready.
Remote homes, winter access
Many Dales lets sit down long lanes, away from the nearest village. In winter, access and heating become the real worries. We coordinate repairs and keep on top of ongoing maintenance, so a heating fault doesn’t sit for days waiting for someone to notice.
Plenty of owners live well away from the Dales. We’re the one number to call, handling guest messages from first enquiry to check-out.
A tax change worth knowing
HMRC says the furnished holiday lettings tax regime was abolished from 6 April 2025. Income is now treated like other property income. Talk to an accountant. We aren’t tax advisers.

Tell us about your home using the form below. We’ll reply personally, tell you honestly whether a flat fee suits you, and if it does, get you set up. The £395 onboarding fee is covered by a credit if you start this month.
No pushy follow-up. If it’s not for you, that’s fine.
