Holiday let management on the North York Moors and in Whitby.
Whitby is a harbour town with an abbey on the cliff. Just inland are the moors. Both bring guests, and our fee stays flat for both.
Coast and moor, two different lets
In Whitby and Robin Hood’s Bay, guests want the harbour, the abbey and the fish and chips. On the moors, they want walking, the steam railway and quiet. A townhouse in Whitby and a cottage on the moors need different things from their changeovers.
Steep streets and arrival instructions
Whitby’s old streets are steep and narrow, with limited parking. Guests who don’t know that arrive annoyed. Good arrival information and quick answers help, and handling guest messages is part of what we do.
We organise the changeover, coordinate cleaning and linen, and coordinate repairs when something goes wrong.
Which tax bill?
England has a threshold for business rates on self-catering lets: available 140 nights, let 70 nights, in the last 12 months. It matters most if your bookings are patchy. Check with your council.

- 2 bedrooms: £300 / month

Tell us about your home using the form below. We’ll reply personally, tell you honestly whether a flat fee suits you, and if it does, get you set up. The £395 onboarding fee is covered by a credit if you start this month.
No pushy follow-up. If it’s not for you, that’s fine.
