Our House StaysHoliday let management

Holiday let management fees, explained straight.

Fees are where holiday let management gets murky. So here it is in plain words: what our flat monthly fee covers, and what you pay for on top.

What the flat fee covers

Guest messages, from first enquiry to check-out. Organising your changeovers. Coordinating repairs and keeping on top of ongoing maintenance. Up to 8 stays a month are included, then £20 for each extra stay.

What you pay for on top

Cleaning. Linen. Repairs and trades. They’re billed separately, at cost, with no mark-up from us. You’d pay them whoever managed your home, so we don’t hide them inside a percentage.

How that compares

Most managers still take a cut of every booking, and the cut comes out of your income before you see it. We charge a set monthly amount and show you the other costs separately.

An example, not a promise: a 2-bedroom home bringing in £2,000 a month. A manager taking 20% costs £400. Our fee is £300. Your cleaning, linen and repairs are on top in both cases.

The small print

Three-month initial term, then 30 days’ notice. £395 onboarding fee, covered by a credit if you start this month. We are not VAT-registered, so fees are shown without VAT.
