Flat fee holiday let management. No percentage of your bookings.
Most managers still take a cut of every booking. We don’t. You pay one flat monthly fee, set by the size of your home, and that’s it.
How the flat fee works
You pick nothing complicated. The fee depends on bedrooms. It doesn’t depend on what you earn that month.
- 1 bedroom: £250 / month
- 2 bedrooms: £300 / month
- 3 bedrooms: £350 / month
- 4+ bedrooms (from): £400 / month
Up to 8 stays a month are included. After that it’s £20 for each extra stay. 4+ bedrooms starts from £400 and is confirmed for your home.
Why we think it’s fairer
A percentage rises every time your home does well. The work involved doesn’t rise with it. A flat fee means you can work out your costs before you start, and a good month is yours.
The terms, in plain words
Three-month initial term, then 30 days’ notice. We are not VAT-registered, so fees are shown without VAT. Cleaning, linen and repairs are billed separately at cost, with no mark-up from us.
There’s a £395 onboarding fee. It’s covered by a credit if you start this month.
Is it always cheaper?
No. A small home with few bookings might cost less on a percentage. If that’s you, we’ll say so rather than take you on. Try your own numbers in the savings calculator on the home page.
What happens next
Tell us about your home using the form below. We’ll reply personally, tell you honestly whether a flat fee suits you, and if it does, get you set up. The £395 onboarding fee is covered by a credit if you start this month.
No pushy follow-up. If it’s not for you, that’s fine.
