You own a holiday let in the Peak District. Someone has to deal with the guests, the changeovers and the boiler that packs up on a Friday. We do all of that for one flat monthly fee.

You keep your percentage

Most managers still take a cut of every booking. We don’t. You pay a flat monthly fee and the rest of your booking income stays yours, before the cleaning, linen and repair costs below.

It’s a plain deal. You know the number before you start.

What’s included

Guest messages, from first enquiry to check-out. Changeovers organised, with trusted cleaning and linen, so the home is guest ready. Repairs coordinated and maintenance kept on top of.

Plenty of owners live well away from their holiday let. You shouldn’t have to drive over every time something needs sorting.

What it costs

1 bedroom: £250 / month
2 bedrooms: £300 / month
3 bedrooms: £350 / month
4+ bedrooms (from): £400 / month

Up to 8 stays a month are included, then £20 for each extra stay. Three-month initial term, then 30 days’ notice. We are not VAT-registered, so these fees are shown without VAT.

Billed separately, at cost

Cleaning, linen and repairs or trades are billed separately, at cost, with no mark-up from us. They’re part of running any holiday let.

Run your own numbers

A 2-bedroom home bringing in £2,000 a month: a manager at 20% takes £400, our fee is £300. Just an example. It depends on your home, and if a percentage would cost you less we’ll tell you straight.

What happens next
