Northumberland holiday let management on a flat fee.
Northumberland has long empty beaches, castles and some of the darkest skies in England. It’s big and thinly populated, and that shapes how a holiday let gets run.
Space is the selling point
Bamburgh, Alnmouth, Holy Island and Hadrian’s Wall draw couples and dog owners who want room. The area also has an International Dark Sky Park, so winter nights are a real draw rather than a dead patch for some homes.
The distances are the problem
A cleaner or tradesperson can be a long drive from a remote cottage. That’s the part owners underestimate. We organise changeovers and coordinate repairs and maintenance so the logistics are somebody’s job, not yours on a Friday evening.
Holy Island has a tidal causeway, so arrival times matter there. Clear guest messages from first enquiry to check-out are part of what we do.
Registration is coming
GOV.UK says a mandatory short-term let register for England is expected to begin in March 2027. It isn’t in force yet.
What it costs
- 1 bedroom: £250 / month
- 2 bedrooms: £300 / month
- 3 bedrooms: £350 / month
- 4+ bedrooms (from): £400 / month
Up to 8 stays a month are included, then £20 for each extra stay. Cleaning, linen and repairs are billed separately, at cost, with no mark-up. Three-month initial term, then 30 days’ notice. We’re not VAT-registered. Fees explained in full.
What happens next
Tell us about your home using the form below. We’ll reply personally, tell you honestly whether a flat fee suits you, and if it does, get you set up. The £395 onboarding fee is covered by a credit if you start this month.
No pushy follow-up. If it’s not for you, that’s fine.
