Holiday let management in Snowdonia (Eryri).
Snowdonia’s Welsh name is Eryri, and the National Park Authority uses it. Guests come for the mountains, rain or shine. You pay one flat fee either way.
A guest who walks in the rain
Yr Wyddfa, Llanberis, Betws-y-Coed and Beddgelert bring walkers, climbers and adventure-minded families. Weather turns fast on the mountains, so wet gear is the norm. Drying space and heavy laundry come with the territory. We organise changeovers and coordinate cleaning and linen.
Planning is stricter here
Eryri National Park Authority’s Article 4 Direction has been in force since 1 June 2025. It means planning permission is needed to change a main home into a short-term holiday let. The Authority says lets already in use before that date aren’t affected. Check with them.
Rules for taking bookings
GOV.WALES says anyone taking bookings of 31 nights or less must register with the Welsh Revenue Authority by 31 March 2027. We aren’t planning, tax or legal advisers.
We handle the guest messages and coordinate repairs when something breaks, so a mountain-side home isn’t your problem at night.

What happens next
Tell us about your home using the form below. We’ll reply personally, tell you honestly whether a flat fee suits you, and if it does, get you set up. The £395 onboarding fee is covered by a credit if you start this month.
No pushy follow-up. If it’s not for you, that’s fine.
