Our House StaysHoliday let management

New Forest holiday let management without the booking cut.

The New Forest is an easy short break for people across the south of England. That means plenty of stays, and a flat fee means you aren’t charged more for each one.

Short breaks, all year

Walkers, cyclists and dog owners come for the woods and heathland, and a weekend away works in any season. Autumn and the quieter months aren’t dead here the way they can be on a beach.

More short stays mean more changeovers. Our fee covers up to 8 stays a month, then £20 for each extra stay. We organise changeovers, so the cost doesn’t rise with every booking.

Ponies on the road

New Forest ponies and cattle roam freely, including across roads. First-time guests need to know that before they arrive, along with parking, bins and the rules for the house. Clear arrival information saves you the phone call. We handle the guest messages from first enquiry to check-out.

Who decides on planning

Part of the New Forest is a National Park with its own planning authority. Check which authority covers your property before you assume anything about permission.

What it costs

Up to 8 stays a month are included, then £20 for each extra stay. Cleaning, linen and repairs are billed separately, at cost, with no mark-up. Three-month initial term, then 30 days’ notice. We’re not VAT-registered. Fees explained in full.

What happens next

Tell us about your home using the form below. We’ll reply personally, tell you honestly whether a flat fee suits you, and if it does, get you set up. The £395 onboarding fee is covered by a credit if you start this month.

No pushy follow-up. If it’s not for you, that’s fine.
