Our House StaysHoliday let management

Holiday let management on the Kent and Sussex coast.

Whitstable, Margate, Deal, Rye and Hastings are a short train ride from London. That makes for lots of short stays, and our pricing has to account for it.

A weekend market

Close to London, this stretch of coast runs on two- and three-night stays. That suits a home that stays busy, but it means many changeovers. Our flat fee includes up to 8 stays a month, then £20 for each extra stay, so a home on a run of short breaks can pass that. Do the sums before you start.

Friday and Sunday are the busy days

Changeovers cluster on a Friday and Sunday. Cleaners and linen have to be lined up and ready. We organise that, deal with guest messages and coordinate any repair that turns up between stays.

The register is coming

GOV.UK says a short-term let register for England is expected to begin in March 2027. It isn’t live yet. Your council decides on planning questions.

What it costs

Up to 8 stays a month are included, then £20 for each extra stay. Cleaning, linen and repairs are billed separately, at cost, with no mark-up. Three-month initial term, then 30 days’ notice. We’re not VAT-registered. Fees explained in full.

What happens next

Tell us about your home using the form below. We’ll reply personally, tell you honestly whether a flat fee suits you, and if it does, get you set up. The £395 onboarding fee is covered by a credit if you start this month.

No pushy follow-up. If it’s not for you, that’s fine.
