Our House StaysHoliday let management

Devon holiday let management. One flat monthly fee.

Devon isn’t one market. It’s two coasts, Dartmoor and Exmoor, and each brings a different guest. Whatever yours is, you pay the same flat fee.

Different guests, different homes

The north coast draws surfers and walkers. The south has harbour towns and family beaches. Dartmoor and Exmoor suit couples and dog owners who want to be out all day. A cottage that suits one of those guests might not suit another, and the way you describe it should match.

Our job is the running of it, not rewriting your home into something it’s not.

Lanes, distance and the boiler

Plenty of Devon owners live a long way from their let, down narrow lanes. When a boiler fails or a key safe jams, you need one person to call, not a list of numbers. We handle the guest messages, organise changeovers and coordinate repairs and maintenance.

One thing to watch

GOV.UK says a mandatory national registration scheme for short-term lets in England is expected to begin in March 2027 and isn’t in force yet. Check with your council whether your home needs planning permission.

What it costs

Up to 8 stays a month are included, then £20 for each extra stay. Cleaning, linen and repairs are billed separately, at cost, with no mark-up. Three-month initial term, then 30 days’ notice. We’re not VAT-registered. Fees explained in full.

What happens next

Tell us about your home using the form below. We’ll reply personally, tell you honestly whether a flat fee suits you, and if it does, get you set up. The £395 onboarding fee is covered by a credit if you start this month.

No pushy follow-up. If it’s not for you, that’s fine.
