Our House StaysHoliday let management

Holiday let management in Cornwall. Flat fee, not a cut.

Cornwall books itself in July and August. The hard part is the other nine months. We charge one flat monthly fee, so a quiet February costs you the same as a full August.

The gap is what hurts

Beaches, surf and the coast path fill a Cornish cottage fast in summer and over school holidays. Then autumn arrives, the lanes empty, and the heating bill doesn’t. For a lot of owners, the quiet months hurt more than the busy ones.

A percentage fee shares in the busy weeks and does nothing about the empty ones. A flat fee doesn’t grow in August, so a short winter break is still worth taking.

Saturday changeovers

Most Cornish lets turn over on the same day, so cleaners and linen have to line up tightly. Guests arriving after a long drive expect the log burner lit and the key where you said it would be. We organise the changeover and coordinate the cleaning and linen. If something breaks over the weekend, we coordinate the repair.

Check the rules locally

Cornwall Council’s short term lets page (last updated April 2026) says the national planning rules for short lets are still waiting on the Government. Ask the council about your own property. We’re not planning advisers.

What it costs

Up to 8 stays a month are included, then £20 for each extra stay. Cleaning, linen and repairs are billed separately, at cost, with no mark-up. Three-month initial term, then 30 days’ notice. We’re not VAT-registered. Fees explained in full.

What happens next

Tell us about your home using the form below. We’ll reply personally, tell you honestly whether a flat fee suits you, and if it does, get you set up. The £395 onboarding fee is covered by a credit if you start this month.

No pushy follow-up. If it’s not for you, that’s fine.
